Tower defense games can be hard for beginners, so we have a couple of quick tips that apply to most of the games on the Tower Defense Games Playlist.

Place towers on corners

Placing towers on corners will give them more opportunities to shoot down enemy objects. This is especially useful for short-range projectiles that can’t shoot all the way across the map.

Long-range towers should go toward the middle

If towers are able to span across the entire map, placing them in the center will maximize their range and efficiency. Even if they can’t quite reach the entire map yet, you will likely be able to upgrade their range as you earn more money in the game.

Upgrade Upgrade Upgrade!

Speaking of upgrades, you should be doing that a lot. Almost every single game on the Tower Defense Games Playlist has the option to upgrade your defenses. This is especially useful for more powerful projectiles that will be used as the workhorses of your team.
